Returns

  1. Eligibility:

    • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
    • The product must also be in the original packaging.
  2. Return Window:

    • You have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
  3. Process:

    • Include your order number, proof of purchase, and a brief explanation of the reason for the return.
    • Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization and instructions on how to send your item
  4. Shipping:
    • You are responsible for covering the return shipping costs unless the product was defective or damaged upon arrival.
    • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
  5. Non-Returnable Items:
    • Gift cards
    • Products not purchased directly from the Skin Load website
    • Items marked as "Final Sale"

Refunds

  1. Inspection and Approval:

    • Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected.
    • If the return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
  2. Partial Refunds:

    • Items not in their original condition, or that are damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, may receive partial refunds.
  3. Late or Missing Refunds:

    • Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Exchanges
